Refund Policy

Customers are not required to make an advance payment for any of the services we provide. Customers can either avail a free trail of our service or schedule a demo of the product. Once the customer decides to go ahead with the product or service we are offering, an invoice will be generated and the same will be made available for the customers. The customers are required to make the payment for the services that the have already availed. Once the service is availed and customer makes payment against the corresponding invoice, we do not offer a refund.

Our policy lasts 2 days. Once a service has been availed and it needs to be changed or upgraded to a different one then the additional amount will be refunded if and only if the change was requested within 2 days of subscription. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase or availing of our service, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
